Located in the heart of the Lake District, our hotel was just a five-minute stroll away from the renowned Watermill Inn. As a food enthusiast, I was eager to explore the culinary delights of the area and was delighted to find such a gem within walking distance. The breakfast menu at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. All items were freshly prepared in the kitchen and served at the table. I opted for the hearty cooked breakfast each morning, enjoying the charming dining room with its original fireplace adding a touch of coziness to the meal. Each day began with a full Cumbrian breakfast, a true local specialty, which was a perfect start to my adventurous days exploring the beautiful surroundings. For those looking for lighter options, there were plenty of choices to satisfy all tastes. However, the convenience and quality of the breakfast at the hotel kept me coming back each morning. I will definitely be returning to enjoy another delightful stay.
